Turned out good when I tried it in my bread machine. I used canola oil instead of butter, really made the bread moist.

This recipe was exactly what I was looking for. I used olive oil instead of shortening/lard, and it turned out great! I made soft taco's with these tortillas, they were the best ever.

Onion, Garlic, Cheese Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2010
This recipe did great in my bread machine. I used half white flour and half whole wheat flour, canola oil instead of butter, 1/8 cup skim milk instead of the extra 1/8 cup water, and no milk powder. I also used splenda instead of sugar. The recipe turned out great even with all the substitutions

Salmon with Tomatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2010
I found this recipe when I had little to cook but frozen salmon and some tomatoes from my garden. Oh, it was soooo good. The flavors were amazing. I used brown and wild rice as my base, uncle bens 90 second blend, lime juice, and the hot sauce you get at chinese resturants. I also used fresh garlic in the oil, minced, and smart balance butter instead of real butter. Shows how versitle the recipe is, lol.
