Super Summer Salsa

Wonderful! Absolutely perfect for a summer picnic or outdoor BBQ. No mayo or dairy to spoil and it gets better the longer it sits.

Restaurant-Quality Maple Oatmeal Scones

Love love love this recipe. It is fantastic. We always have to have it on hand now. I bake them weekly! I usually make them per recipe, but I recently made them with blueberries. I eliminated the maple extract andI substitued karo light corn syrup for the maple. They turned out great. This really is a can't miss...

Not great, not horrible. We had it the first night and had enough for leftovers, but it just did not appeal to us. Maybe a bit bland for our taste. Easy to make, though...

Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Excellent! We really enjoyed this one. Plans came up when I was marinating the pork, so it had to marinate over 24 hours - yum, yum yum!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Mexican Corn

This recipe is fantastic. It is incredibly easy AND gets rave reviews. It is creamy and much more flavorful than any other creamed corn I have had. You must definitely use the peppers.
