Bertolli Classico Asparagus Saute

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2011
Easy to make and very tasty. I agree that the skinnier spears cook better.

Kielbasa with Pasta

I followed this recipe exactly as it is listed and it was very tasty but not nearly enough sauce. Once I doubled the sauce it was really good though.

Followed recipe exactly other than I ommited the veggies (my son won't eat them) and added a dash of worstershire sauce & a sprinkle of garlic powder. Very tasty. Will make again.

Almost No Fat Banana Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2011
Fabulous! I tweaked it a bit as well and it was fantastic. As another user did, I decreased sugar to 1/2 cup, increased apple sauce to 1/3 cup, and added a dash of salt and nutmeg. This will be my new go to banana bread recipe from now on.

DELICIOUS. I omitted the meat tenderizer and used Emeril's steak seasoning and it was tender and delicious.

Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2011
I baked in 2 mini muffin pans instead of a loaf pan at 350 degrees for 18 minutes. They were awesome! We all agreed that they're probably the best banana muffins/bread we've ever had. Will definitely make again.

Party Pinwheels

These were fantastic! Made these for a party so I used spinach flour tortillas because I wanted the pretty green to dress it up. They were a hit. Everyone loved them.

Quick and Easy Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2011
DELICIOUS!!!! I boiled the chicken and added garlic and chicken bullion to the boiling water, to save time. It turned out incredibly delicious. I think I'll add jalapenos next time also. I mixed the sour cream with the enchilada sauce to make it easier to spread and that worked out great. Will definitely make again.

Absolutely delicious....both the coconut shrimp as well as the orange marmalade dipping sauce. Will definitely make it again. It is a bit time consuming but definitely worth it!

Jose's Shrimp Ceviche

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2014
Made this recipe for a New Year's Eve party and it turned out great. I did make some modifications though....First, the "cooking" time was definitely NOT 10 mins. It was more like 4 hours and I even cut them in small pieces after the first 2 hours. I added diced mango, green pepper & crabmeat. I used red onion instead of white and cucumber instead of celery. Very delicious and even better the day after.

Bella's Rosemary Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2012
I rarely give a recipe 5 stars but this one earned every single one! These are the best potato wedges I have ever had. I stuck to the recipe except that I sprinkled some italian seasoning and baked them covered for 35 mins and them broiled them uncovered for 10 mins to crisp them up. OUTSTANDING! Will be making these often. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe!!

Baked Potato Soup

Delicious. I didn't have any heavy cream so I mixed together enough sour cream & milk to make a cup and used that instead. It turned out fantastic.

Sausage Crescent Rolls

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2012
Made these for a superbowl party and they were a HUGE hit. I did add some Italian seasoning to the mixture because it tasted a little bland to me. Also, instead of poppyseeds, I used dried rosemary. They were outstanding!

Classic Goulash

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2011
Although I did tweak it a little bit, this was absolutely delicious. I didn't have plain diced tomatoes so I used diced tomatoes w/green chiles instead. And since some other reviews said it was runny, I used tomato paste instead of tomato sauce. It was extremely delicious. I think the green chiles in the tomatoes gave it that extra punch that other reviews said it lacked.
