Low-Fat Corn Bread

Followed the receipe except I used one whole egg. I was mainly looking for a way to leave out the oil. This bread is delicious and the only fat is the egg!!

Vegan Split Pea Soup I

Excellent soup! I followed the receipe except did not have barley. I added a little cumin seed sauted with the onion and garlic. And added fresh basil, tarragon from my garden. My husband loves it.
