Peach Ice Cream
Wonderful! I used fresh Red Haven peaches...delicious. I couldn't get the peel off of the peaches, so just left them on...didn't make a bit of a difference. No need to peel them. I left about half in small chunks...would probably puree more. Overall, a wonderful, creamy treat!

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs
This is AMAZING!!!!! It is a slightly sweet, yet savory marinate that brings out the best flavors in the chicken. I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs and was more than pleased. It remained tender, juicy and full of flavor. The entire family loved it...our new go-to recipe for grilled chicken.

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
Oh, my goodness, this was delectable. Hard to beleive it's a vegetable! This will become a regular in the meal rotation and for special meals. I let it get a bit brown, and the "crunchies" were delicious. Be prepared that they shrink in size by probably about 50%. Keep the pieces on the big side for nicer presentation. I had about 1/3 of a head for 2 of us and we would have liked a bit more. I LOVE it pains me to say this, but it really doesn't need the parmesan. I forgot to put it on before serving, and probably won't bother to next time, either. Oh, don't be worried about the large amount of oil...a lot of it sticks to the bag and there is a lot in the bottom of the baking dish...I can't imagine very much is actually on the florets. Top it off with a sprinkling of sea salt...:-)
