Mashed Potato Salad

We loved this recipe! I grew up eating mashed potato salad because that's the way my mom made it. The flavors just melt in your mouth. It doesn't stay around long in my house!

Eclair Cake

Very tasty! My hubby, and daughter especially, loved this. It tasted like a chocolate eclair with banana pudding almost. Really good recipe!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

These wings were soooooo good! I made them exactly like the recipe called for and they were awesome. Very crispy and flavorful! I made the sauce like it said and I also made my own...1 bottle of Cattlemans Honey Golden and 1 cup of Frank's Red Hot. The wings were great with both sauces. This recipe is definitely a keeper!

Tropical Salad with Pineapple Vinaigrette

This was an awesome salad! It's so light and fresh tasting...it will be one of our frequent summer salads for sure. My husband and very picky daughter loved it! I followed the recipe exactly except I used a 1/2 cup pineapple juice for the vinaigrette and added 2 cut up tomatoes and extra toasted coconut. Taking it to work Monday for Nurses Week. Thanks for the great salad recipe!

Old Fashioned Fudge Cake

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

This is the best recipe I've ever found for oatmeal raisin cookies! I followed the recipe exactly and they came out perfect...every batch. The cloves are a wonderful addition and gives them that extra oomph! They are soft and chewy and my whole family loves them. They sure don't last long in our house! Thanks for the great recipe.

Moist Yellow Cake

I made this cake last night and this morning it is half gone! We just loved it! It is moist and has a wonderful flavor! I scaled the recipe to make 12 servings and made just one 9x13 pan. This cake will be a long time favorite for us!

Very easy to make! Cookie is cakey and light...just like my family likes them. I added a little more sugar to the recipe, and they have a really good taste. I'm real glad I found this recipe!
