Apple Crisp II

This was delicious! With the exception of adding more apples, we followed every step exactly. Yummy crunchy bottom with crumbly top. The sauce made it moist and gooey. I did not need to double to dry ingredients, there was enough. I love this, my family loved this and my friends loved this too!!

Garlic Broccoli

I loved this recipe. I was looking for new recipes with fresh broccoli and this is one I will definitely make again. Easy to prepare and excellent flavor. Just make sure you like food with a strong garlic flavor. I forgot to put on the parmesan chhese and still thought it was great! My kids thought the flavor was too strong. Thanks!!

Swedish Meatballs I

I added Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to the meatballs for more flavor. This made them so tasty, my 2 year old was taking them off the counter. Also, I found the sauce very rich. I would either use low/no fat evaporated milk, or combine skim milk with half of the evaporated milk. Otherwise, it tasted good and my family liked it.
