About this Cook
I am a mom to 3 beautiful amazing children Dillan(07/20/06), Chase(10/04/08) and Brianna(09/12/09)a wife to a wonderful man, Craig. I am a stay at home mom and love every minuite of it! I have alot of energy and love to cook and bake everything from scratch.
My favorite things to cook
pretty much everything. If there is food I can cook it :)
My favorite family cooking traditions
I loved going to my grandmas we would bake goodies and make jams all day long! I do the same with my kids they help me with nearly everyhting I cook and bake, they love it as do I. It is a really great experience and bring us together.
My cooking triumphs
when my hubby and I first bought our house I thought I would make a huge Christmas dinner here with all the family my biggest concern was the 30lb turkey! I had never done a turkey before but it came out perfect and I mean perfect the skin was perfectly golden brown and crispy and the meat was so juicy and tender it nearly melted in your mouth! I was so proud of myself esspecially since it was the first time my in laws had tasted my cooking :D
My cooking tragedies
The one that really sticks out in my mind is when I attamted to make cookies all by myself for the first time I was 7 and put in a table spoon on salt instead if a teaspoon that the recipe called for. I was so upset, no one could eat them. I have never made that mistake again though! haha

Sunday Brunch Casserole
Made this for Christmas day brunch, the whole family loved it! will deffinaly make it again. I made it the night before so all I had to do was give it a quick stir add the cheese and pop it in the oven. I grated potatos instead of using packaged hashbrowns, added garlic and kept out the dill weed but added some cayenne pepper and used red peppers instead of green since that is all I had in the house.
