Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2005
My family likes this recipe. The only problem i have is that my pork chops always trun out too dry and we rely on the liquid to help. I think I must be over cooking it in the slow cooker. I'll use low next time insteadof high. Taste like Chinese BBQ ribs.

No Roll Pie Crust I

Quick and easy but a little on the dry side. No flakiness to it. But good to use if no other alternative.Rated it 3 stars for the ease.

Barbecue Beef Cups

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2005
Good Tasting but had difficulty spreading bisquits into muffin pan. They kept rolling back up into ball even after spreading into flat circles. Other than that my kids thought they were ok.

Busy Day Chicken

Reviewed: May 2, 2004
Easy recipe! I like that part! But the chicken didn't have much flavor like I thought it would! My husband ended up dipping his chicken into more BBQ sauce out of the bottle since the stuff in the crockpot was too watery.

This was so good. My family really enjoyed this one. I used Chicken Broth instead of water, 1 tsp. chili powder (I have toddlers) and instant rice and no bell pepper (didn't have any). No more boxed rice for us.

Mrs Espy's Enchilada Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2002
What a great sauce. Easy to prepare and so good. I added cumin and a whole can of tomato sauce(6oz)so that my 2 and 6yr wouldn't think it was too spicy. But if you like spicier than follow recipe. I also added crushed garlic to mine. Combined this recipe w/ ground beef enchiladas and we were in heaven with every bite. Will make again and again.
