This recipe was easy and so good! I used frozen broccoli crowns instead of fresh because I had them on hand and it turned out perfectly. Serve with a warm baguette and you have a tasty cold weather meal!

Easy Turkey Tetrazzini

Very good recipe that I will use again if I have leftover Thanksgiving turkey. I think chicken would taste just as good too. I added half a can (from the cream of celery) of milk based on other recommendations and didn't have any problems with dryness. Next time I think I'll cut down on the sour cream b/c I think it would taste just as good if not better with half the amount.

Indian Tomato Chicken

This was so good! (I LOVE a filling meal that is low in calories) I doubled the recipe except for the chicken b/c I knew we'd like the extra sauce and it turned out perfectly when served on a bed of rice. I did add less nutmeg then called for and didn't have any ginger root on hand so I just sprinkled in some ginger. A five star recipe!

Very good, but I did halve the balsamic vinegar and am glad I did. It was a little too oily for me. Next time I will half the amount of olive oil too.

Garlic Roasted Summer Squash

Very good recipe--takes longer to cook than what recipe leads you to believe. Also could easily reduce the amount of olive oil without sacrificing any taste. Love the summer veggies!
