I am not usually a fan of chicken chili but this recipe is great with a few changes. 1 tablespoon of pepper must be a misprint. Reduce to 1 teaspoon or less. It also needs more liquid in my opinion. I added several cups of chicken broth. With the reduced pepper and added chicken broth it was excellent.

Terrific Turkey Chili

This is excellent turkey chili. I used 2 zucchini instead of 3 and then added a small can of kidney beans and a small can of garbanzo beans. Gave a nice consistency and appearance. Also added 4 garlic cloves because I like Garlic. It still tasted too much like taco seasoning. Added 1 cup of red wine and it became 5 star.

Fabulous Homemade Bread

This has become my favorite base bread recipe. I replace most of the bread flour with whole wheat flour and add grains and seeds and it always makes a wonderful loaf of bread. When I go below 2 cups of bread flour I add 1 or 2 tbs of Virtual Gluten and it has never failed to make beautiful loaves.

Apricot Chicken Curry

This is wonderful. It is a little hot, so the next time I make it I'll use less red pepper flakes. My wife and I love curry so I increased the curry. I used whole chicken breasts but the next time I will cut them into bite size pieces. This is a recipe fit for company.
