Mock Champagne
I served this for dinner when I made the "Juicy Pork chops". This drink was fabulous. I didn't have time for the ice ring. I just threw the ingredients together and stuck it in the freezer for a few hours. Still turned out great.

Juicy Pork Chops
I know I have a winner on my hand when even my spoiled brat step children, like what I cook. This was excellent. It was moist and sooo flavorable. This is the first time in my life that I ever made a pork chop worth eating. LOL! I took the advice of some of the other reviewers and added a little maple syrup, brown sugar and teriyaki sauce. I was also running a little short on time so instead of marinating for 12 hours I only did it for about 4. This recipe is a definite keeper.

World's Best Lasagna
Everyone in my family loved this, including the step kids who are picky eaters and on purposely try not to eat what I cook. However, even they had to give into this recipe. My only complaint about this recipe and it is a small one is that the Ricotta chesse makes things a little dry. I heard someone say that cottage cheese makes the dish more moist??? I'm not sure, I will do my research and make modifications the next time I make this. Othewise very good. I give it 4.5 stars.
