Had this in Washington at a restaurant, couldn't find in Michigan... until I found this recipe!! I think adding a little lemon to the finished product is fabulous! New family favorite!!!!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Phenominal!!! Going to take into a cook off at work, but the family loved it before-hand! I added some carrots to the recipe, but other than that made exactly as directed and it was beautiful!

Authentic German Potato Salad

This is the first dish I got requests as a new cook to make again! Definitely a big hit with the family, and easy to customize to accomodate more people!! Love love love!
