Very very good! I halved the butter & ranch mix and it turned out perfect. I served the mushrooms w/ grilled steak that had been seasoned. Next time I won't season the steak -- just use the mushrooms for flavor!

Grilled Garlic and Herb Shrimp

Holy cow were these shrimp gooooood! I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews (too sweet), but I followed the recipe exactly as written anyway. And they were GREAT!

Potato Chip Cookies II

These cookies are really tasty. I added a little more potato chips than the recipe calls for, and sprinkled powdered sugar on while they were cooling.
