Butterscotch Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2007
I make fudge every year, and this year wanted to do something other than the traditional chocolate fudge. This recipe was a mistake. I did not like the flavor or the texture. In fact, this almost went into the trash after I sampled it. I won't be making this recipe again.

Creamy White Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2007
I found this fudge to be mediocre at best. It took a while (overnight) to set, and even then was rather soft. Also, I did not care for the flavor that much. I'll be sticking to my traditional recipe from now on.

Sweet Potato Casserole II

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2007
This is a great recipe. Last year, I made it as is, and got rave reviews. This year, I increased the cinnamon to 1/2 tsp, added 1/2 tsp vanilla, and added "a few pinches" of nutmeg. Delightful!!

Shrimp and Crab Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2005
It was alright. I'd increase the amount of rice, decrease the amount of onions. I also added garlic and pepper for some seasoning.

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: May 15, 2002
This is the best apple crisp I have ever tasted. It's also easy to make. My 12 year old sister was able to do most of it herself, aside from cutting the apples.
