Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2010
This is the way I have made them for quite awhile and the burgers are always juicey and delicious. I do one thing differently, instead of bread crumb I use uncooked oats.

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2009
This was great!! I did a couple things different though, 1st I used 1lb of ground chuck/round,and 1 lb of hot breakfast sausage. I also added a diced green pepper and an onion for a little extra flavor and some color. I added some diced tomatos as well, then when serving topped with some shredded Chedar cheese. It went over great. Thanks deb.

Tartar Sauce IV

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2009
This was great and very easy. I made a scaled down version with a couple of changes. Instead of the chopped dill pickle I used pickle relish, and I added a pinch of cream of tarter powder. Was enjoyed by all who ate it.

Daryl's Mexican Dip

Reviewed: May 7, 2004
This was great. Wish I had it a couple days earlier for Cinco de Mayo. I make a quck dip that is similar. I spread the cream cheese in the bottom of a glass baking dish. Then I cover it with a can of chillie. On top of that I place a jar of picante sauce and cover theat with a layer of shredded chedar cheese. Pop it in the microwave for 10 minutes and it is great with tortillia chipx.
