Herb Crusted Chuck Roast

Terrific flavors combined to make this meal a tasty hit. Forgot to add olive oil, but that didn't affect the overall flavor one bit. Will make this again for sure. Served with wilted kale and whole wheat bread for a well-rounded meal.

My Best Chicken Piccata

Refreshing way to serve chicken. The lemon and white wine provide a lively light sauce, seasoned nicely by the capers. This recipe is a keeper.

Jo's Rosemary Bread

I've made this bread several times - even doubled the recipe! Excellent soft inside, crispy crust. Rosemary-wise, I added 1/2 dried rosemary and 1/2+ fresh rosemary. Thank you for posting; it's a family favorite.

Homemade Tomato Sauce II

Made it this morning to use in a chili recipe later today. Realized I was out of canned sauce and didn't want to drive to the grocery store. Figured my grandmother didn't have that luxury, so I got innovative. Fortunately I had most of the ingredients listed here ... and the Internet! I took the suggestion of adding 2 carrots instead of sugar, and a dried bay leaf in place of fresh basil. Excellent results. Will make again if needed. Fortunately this happened over a weekend, as I might have passed during the work week.

Savory Garlic Marinated Steaks

Way too much vinegar in the marinade for my taste. Marinated for a day and a half, so the vinegar and salt taste (soy sauce) was overwhelming.

Stuffed Peppers My Way

Wonderful, tasty use of seasonal veggies and herbs! Was exactly what I was looking for tonight, and I will make this again. Only thing I may add is garlic, but it isn't necessary. Thanks so much, Sandy, for sharing. Now Your Way is also My Way!
