Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2011
We have been making this for years - every party this is requested. We use a rotissire chicken and blue cheese instead of ranch - but that'd just because we dip our regular wings in blue cheese. Everyone will love this recipie - it's great in a crock pot, too!

Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2012
These were so great! I didn't have any sour cream on hand, but they were great anyway. I had more than enough stuffing so I make about 35 mushrooms with this recipe

Ham and Cheese Crescent Roll-Ups

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2011
I sprinkle some parley on top before baking to make them look pretty. I roll them up and cut them to make little appetizers - I have been doing this for years and let me tell you, every time I go somewhere and ask what I can bring, this is it! Now I don't even ask, I just bring these with some other treat (I always feel guilty bringing only these because they are soooo easy its like cheating) and its always a hit. it's the easiest thing to make and I've never met anyone who doesn't like them.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2011
So easy and so, so good. We use pork sholder because it's cheaper. This tastes great hot or cold, and it is a great dish to bring to someones potluck or BBQ

Easy OREO Truffles

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2011
These never fail at a party! Sometimes when I'm lazy I just drizzle the chocolate on top - when I feel fancy I dip the balls in dark chocolate and drizzle white chocolate to give the Oreo look. It makes it easier to combine if you pop the cream cheese in the microwave for a few seconds

I found this recipe years ago, but never know it was Brazilian! I like to use them as a truffle filling and coat them in chocolate candy.

Baked Potato Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2011
This was aweosme. My husband loooves potato soup, and he was so excited about this one. He said it was restuarant quality. I only had turkey bacon on hand so there was not much drippings - i added a few pats of butter to make up for it and the soup was delicious. I bet it's even better (if that's even possible) with regular bacon drippings!

Key Lime Pie VII

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2012
This isn't just the easiest key lime pie you'll ever make - it might be the best you'll ever make! I've made several key lime pies in my day, and this is my favorite. At first I was skeptical (what, no eggs?) but I soon found out I had no reason to be. I add a single drop of green food coloring just to give it that light green tint. I also top with whipped cream.

Garlicky Beet Delight

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2011
This has been a favorite side of mine for as long as I can remember. We also add in some pepper, oregano and copped basil, and to save (LOTS of) time, we used canned beets. I could eat beets like this every day and always be happy. You can add some sliced onions in as well, and defintatley make sure it is served cold. It's best to let it sit a while in the fridge to soak up all the flavors.

Cheesy Chicken Meatballs

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2011
These were great - I had no problems mixing or rolling these into balls. I forgot mine in the oven for a little while - it dried out te balls a bit it left a nice crisp pn the outside, which reminded me of when you fry a meatball. I normally hate chicken, but I thought the flavors of the cream cheese and pepper couvered the foul taste of the chicken, and I hate beef more than chicken, so these will be my new go-to meatballs!
