Hot Spiced Cider

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2009
I loved this recipe. I made it in the crock pot and placed all ingredients in a coffee filter, tied up, except for the oranges which I just left in the cider. I set the temperature to low and in ~2 hours it was ready to go. I served it at at Gingerbread house decorating party and all in attendance really enjoyed it.

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2009
I used this marinade on flat iron steaks and they were awesome. I did not have dried minced garlic, so i used fresh minced garlic. I also used my blender bottle and shook the ingredients together instead of dirtying the blender. It turned out very well and I will definitely use again.

Chicken Enchilada Soup II

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2005
I had chicken enchillada soup at a chain resturant that was delicious so I came on line looking for a recipe. This was very good and I feel was much better than the on served in the resturant. My husband raved about it and had to take it to his coworkers.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2001
This was one of the best potato recipes that I have had. They reminded me of ones that I have had in a fancy steak restuarant. I will definitely make these for myself and guests. They were awesome with the prime rib I made for Christmas dinner. Just right moisture and all. We could not find grated romano so we used shredded. They still turned out great. I think the cheese is the "secret" ingredient.
