I loved it, it was delicious! I did change it just slightly by adding potatoes and carrots (cooking them for a few minutes in a skillet wit water and a little oil before hand) and also skipping on the ginger and bay leaf and substituting the coconut milk for regular 2% milk. (just because I didnt buy them) I did have to add a little extra milk and curry powder but overall it was sooo good. Great recipe! I used Indian Curry from the Spice Market at Pike's Place in Seattle. =] Highly recommend it!
