Quick and Easy Pizza Crust 2.0

This crust is fine when in a hurry, and can be left to rise when not. Letting rise, then punching it down and leaving in the fridge overnight gives it a lot more flavor. I usually divide my dough into 1/8 then wrap in oil sprayed plastic and freeze for individual pizzas later on.

Vegetarian Cottage Cheese Patties

These are great burger/patties, however as this recipe is written IT IS NOT VEGETARIAN. Most onion soup mixes have animal products. Hunt down a vegetarian alternative. Also, I bake them (without the soup) then fry them to crisp them. Then I either use them as hamburger patty replacements or will pour a gravy over the top.
