Slow Cooker Stuffing

Make plenty of this because you will want the leftovers. Its just as good reheated as the first time around. I dried out a loaf of bread which was not completely hard when I cooked it so I only ended up using less than 2 cups of broth.

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

This was so good! The first night I made it, though, I felt it was too rich although my boyfriend loved it. However, after adding more pasta to the leftovers it was just the right consistency for me.

Green Bean Casserole I

I am giving it 4 stars just because green bean casserole is not a favorite of mine in general, but my boyfriend listed this as a must have tradition for Thanksgiving. It was easy to make and he really liked it.

Creamy Smoked Salmon Pasta

This tasted okay, but probably not one I will make again. For all the more (less) taste it had, you could probably save a lot of time and substitute a jar of pre-made alfredo sauce instead.

Chicken Marsala

This was fabulous! I followed the recipe pretty much as is, but took the advice of one reviewer and used cornstarch and heavy cream to thicken the sauce. Despite having to scramble at the last minute to unthaw frozen breasts in order to double the recipe for last minute dinner guests it was a big hit. I served it with angle hair pasta, salad and french bread.

Seven Layer Taco Dip

This was pretty good. If I make it again I would double the amount of refried beans. The rest of the ingredients are enough to fill a bigger pan than the recipe calls for (which other reviewers have also noted) but you have to spread the beans real thin in that case.

Simple ingredients, easy to make and delicious! What more could you ask for? I stuck to the recipe, served it with alfredo noodles and broccoli.
