Awesome. I was worried that this wouldn't have much pumpkin flavor since other recipes were supposed to be pumpkin and you could barely taste it. But, I am very happy with these. I followed exact directions. For the oil, I used olive oil.

Rhubarb Drop Cookies

Good cookies! Our whole house loved them. I did have to substitute allspice for the cloves,but they were still great. I used raisins in them, but not the nuts. My husband and daughter hate nuts in things. They are very soft, which I consider a plus. I grow rhubarb and am always looking for rhubarb recipes. Thank you for sharing.

Creme de Menthe Chocolate Chip Cookies

I wanted a different cookie and thought this sounded good so I tried it. I had to improvise because I only had regular chocolate chips but they turned out great. I did get way more than 2 and a half dozen but the more the better. The mint flavor is a nice twist to chocolate chip cookies.

Jambalaya Salad

Love this recipe!!! The only thing I would do different is put salad shrimp in instead of the tiny canned shrimp. Get more shrimp taste but other than that - great.
