Cornbread Pancakes

I made two changes. Only added one egg and one TBSP oil and made waffles. To die for. Awesome recipe, will try the pancakes next. Has to be wonderful too

Grandma's Peach French Toast

This tastes OK but was very juicy on bottom. Took over an hour to get it done, have an oven thermometer also and temp was correct. Too much liquid. Wont make again.

Easy Pumpkin Cream Trifle

i made this dessert for thanksgiving and it was OK. I thought I would not make this again. We ate it again the next day and it was great. Some people wrote in and said it was better the next day and it is certainly true. Not so good the first day.
