Mexican Casserole
Very easy and delicious! Freezes and warms in the microwave well. I used hot sausage rather than bacon and topped the potatoe/cheese mixture with the browned sausage.

Indian Turkey Burgers With Lime, Cucumbers, and Chutney
the turkey burgers were awesome! The cucumbers and chutney were the perfect finish. We were disappointed in the pitas, ended up like a crisp cracker. Will try using tortillas and rolling them next time
