Zucchini and Potato Bake

made it using romano cheese with the bread crumbs. So good! I'm surprised at how sweet roasted zucchini is.

everyone loves this recipe, evening my MIL who has lost her taste buds can taste this and loves it. It takes some time to make because of all the ingredients but is so worth it!
