This was great, but I also added a package of organic broccoli florets, and a package of organic spinach (both frozen and then microwaved which was totally easy). This made the dish a complete meal.... and my guests loved this and wanted the recipe!

Banana Praline Muffins

I made these muffins in mini muffin tins and they were pretty good. I made them the second time and added vanilla, cinnamon, AND the most important addition was dark chocolate chips. They were way better in my opinion, with the chocolate added.

The Best Banana Pudding

This was fabulous. I did make some changes. I used cooked pudding instead of instant, I added Bailey's Irish creme instead of the vanilla, I layered in pineapple tidbids (a wonderful addition) and I added shaved dark chocolate on top. I have done it in a large glass bowl and also done it in snifter glasses, which makes a great presentation. Thank you for a really good recipe!!

Spinach and Strawberry Salad

This is just a wonderful salad for something different...I cut the sugar in half, used balsamic vinegar and olive oil, added chopped walnuts and red onion slices and crumbled in a blue veined goat cheese...everyone at the beach club loved it and said it was their favorite salad ever!!!!

Dinah's Stuffed Mushrooms

Dinah...these could not have been finer!!!I did cut down on the butter and used Italian seasoned breadcrumbs and therefore cut the Italian seasoning in half...these are just great!!

Grilled Potatoes and Onion

This is great and so simple. I drizzled a little olive oil over the potatoes and onions before sealing. I found if you do them seperately they are excellent also and if you make only one layer, they will get a very grilled taste. Fun to experiment with...
