Made this recipe yesterday and my toddler ate nearly the whole recipe! And this morning he begged me to make waffles again. Really is a fantastic recipe!

Fluffy Canadian Pancakes

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2011
I really loved this recipe because it doesnt taste like cotton in my mouth! This is a great basic recipe that can handle alterations well :) Today I added cinnamon and vanilla then threw the batter in my waffle iron. My 18 month old ate 2 whole belgian waffles to himself! The only alteration I made to the recipe was from other reviewers comments. I added a bit of sugar to the egg whites to help fluffen them. Wonderfull recipes! :D

This burger would be fantastic as is but we didnt have some ingredients so this is what we did... 1 lb ground turkey 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp chili flakes 1 egg 1/2 c crushed ritz crackers 2 c grated cheese grilled em on the george forman They were a little spicy but very good! We were low on groceries so we served them on whole wheat buns with salsa and dijon mustard. Mmm!!

Baked Spaghetti

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2011
this recipe is HUGE! It made 4 meals for 2 adults and a toddler and I feel we we're over eating :) I made it into one main pan and then 3 smaller ones that I could freeze. this recipe freezes well and tastes absolutly amazing! My family LOVES it. I used riccota instead of cottage cheese just because we prefer it. Best spaghetti I have ever tasted!

Cheesy Mexican Cornbread

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2010
It was nice and fluffy. I baked it at 425 for 30 min. It tasted good but it seemed that something was missing in the spice or herbs. I would make this recipe again but I think I would meddle with spices

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2010
Oh YUM! Its very simple but very good! My picky baby ate it right up! I followed the recipe but I did add more crackers. The recipe is great on its own but would love it with a bit more nutrition so next time Im going to add some vegitables. Also I boiled the chicken a bit longer than needed 'just in case' which only made the chicken slightly dry and was not needed. It tasted its best the day after when the flavors had been sitting over night! Will make again for sure!

Blueberry Cream Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2010
These are fantastic! Very presentable and very YUMMY! This is gonna be my stand by blueberry muffin recipe! I also did half white sugar half brown sugar and increased the blueberries to 3c. I over stuffed the muffin tin so I needed an extra 5 min in the oven.
