This is an excellent recipe. I added 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp ginger since I had to leave out the pecans (didn't have any) and the flavour was delicious. I also had to add an extra splash of milk when I was combining the ingredients (before adding the lemon zest and cranberries) since it was far too dry and not sticking together. I highly recommend either keeping a close eye on them while they are baking or cooking them at 350 degrees. I cooked mine at 400, took them out after 19 minutes, and the sides and bottoms were all burnt. Besides this, the muffins were excellent and I am definitely planning on using this recipe again. It made me 20 small/cupcake sized muffins.
