My favorite things to cook
Recent recipes on Cabbage and Egg Noodles, which looked delicious, provoked this memory of a favorite side dish invention...Fried Egg Noodles and thin slices of celery in Butter till lightly browned on edges, then add scrambled eggs and cook till eggs are cooked through. Served with pork chops or any sausages, Ham, etc.
