Voodoo Pasta

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2011
Woo Wee! This was reeeally good! I didnt use as much cajun seasoning because my fiance is a wimp when it comes to spice. Classico also makes a light alfredo which is just as good as regular! I like my pasta with a lot of sauce so I did not include the entire package of pasta! I will make this again Faa shooo!!!!!

Geez Louise!!!! This was awesome!! Per everyone elses reviews I did change a few things. I only used one can of beans and added one can of enchilada sauce. WOW! I made this for my fiance and his friends and boy were they impressed. I served with sliced avacados, cilantro and tomatoes. I highly recommend adding the can of enchilada sauce. Its amazing! I will be cooking this forever!

Boudreaux's Zydeco Stomp Gumbo

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2011
Wooo Weeee!!! This was amazing!!! I've never made gumbo before so I was a little nervous about the roux, but it came out so beautifully! Per everyone else suggestions I cut back on the broth andy added only 6 cups of the chicken broth. My fiance is a big baby when it comes to spice and he did think this was WAY too spicy. Perfect for me though. So next time I make it I will cut back on the red chili and cajun seasoning. I served over brown rice. Mmm Mmmm Good!

Cajun Seafood Pasta

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2011
Yummy! Instead of getting scallops, I just added a whole pound of shrimp. I did not add the white pepper and used only half of the red and black. My fiance is a wimp when it comes to spice. I just love fresh herbs. I added lots of dill as well and thought this was so good. I will def be making this again!

Healthier Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2011
I thought this was really good. I used chicken fajita meat that comes already marinated. It came out perfectly seasoned, however I think if I used plain chicken it would have been too bland like others have commented. I did not have any corn tortillas so I served warm flour on the side. I will add a can of black beans next time!

Burrito Pie

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2011
Mmmm! I make this at least twice a month now. I only use 1 pound of ground beef and 1 can of beans. I omitted the black olives because we arent crazy about those and then added a can of enchilada sauce to the meat! Dont be shy with the cheese either! This is so good with sour cream, fresh tomatoes, and cilantro on top!
