I fixed this recipe for the family this evening, and it was a hit. I had a package of 8 chops, so I doubled the sauce. I would have preferred a bit more spice, but my family doesn't, so these were perfect. The addition of 1 t of red pepper flakes would be good. I heeded the warnings of the previous reviews about the chops being too dry, so I used my slow cookers meat thermometer feature to cook them to 160*, then it switched to warm. They turned out tender and perfect. We are going to have the leftovers, shredded, in lettuce wraps later in the week.
