Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2011
Awesome Awesome Awesome. I used 2 cans of crab and no lobster, because I love crab meat. This was so good, I will make it again and again

Pumpkin Butter IV

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2011
Love this! Can't wait to share it with others as gifts. Followed directions exactly, except as others did, swapped out one cup of the white sugar for one cup of br. sugar. It is sweet and full of pumpkin flavor.

Chocolate Pretzels

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2010
Very cute, easy, turned out great. Thanks to the other person who suggested using a straw to push on the m&m's. Do not use caramel kisses. When you push down the m&m the caramel squirts out and makes them look all messy. The reg. kisses worked fine.

Strawberry Freezer Jam

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2010
I am not a big jam/jelly fan, I made this mostly for my kids, but I had some on toast and it was soooo good!!! I followed the directions except I did put the berries in a food processor before I read the reviews, and was worried, but it came out great. I do wish it had less sugar though!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2010
Everyone of these came out perfect...followed some of the previous tips. Froze the peanut butter cups...waited till the centers on the cups sank before putting in the cups. Then I sprinkled on some christmas sprinkles, then I popped them back in the oven for 1 min so the sprinkles would stick to the chocolate. They are great.

Really yummy. Threw in what I had, some oregano, garlic powder, and onion powder. Used shredded sharp cheddar, put it under broiler till browned. Definately a keeper.

Husband's Delight

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2011
Really good. Will make again. The hubby suggested making it without the noodles and eat as a dip. He's a big dip person! I also used a bag spicy shredded cheese on the top. I think it would have been a bit bland for our family had I used regular cheddar.

Slow Cooker Baked Potatoes

Perfect. What a great idea. You don't have to mess with the oven. The potatoes were ready to go when dinner was and they were delicious.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2013
Made just a few changes as I was primarily baking this for my 9 month old daughter. I did not want to use any oil. I used almost 3 (4oz) jars of baby applesauce. And I used just 2 cups of sugar, 1 cup white, 1 cup brown. (Probably use even less next time as it was still very sweet) It came out moist and delicious. I also used 1 1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice in place of all the other spices.

Very good, moist, fluffier than my tried and true banana bread recipe. The only thing I changed was the addition of choc. chips. Yummy!

Marinade for Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2011
This is the best marinade. I used this on chicken thighs for the meat eating members of my family. My youngest son and I are vegetarians, so I marinated vegan chicken in this and baked both sets of chicken. It was delicious. I will be using this again. Thanks!
