High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

This was a great recipe. My kids loved it. I used the advice of others and added more spices to the rub, garlic cloves cut into the meat, and keeping my fancy oven on at 170 degrees since the fan will cool it down if I just turned it off.

Clinton's Special Vegetarian Quiche

I was cleaning out the freezer and typed in puff pastry and spinach and found this recipe. I used a box of frozen spinach and it turned out great. My husband and I really enjoyed, but I had to bribe the kids to eat it by offering an apple turnover made from the other sheet of puff pastry!

Basic Curry Sauce
