Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2010
I love this recipe! Awesome! I make this recipe several times a year. I made this chili for a potluck at work and now my coworkers request this chili everytime we do a potluck. I made a few minor changes to the recipe. I deleted the green pepper and added 2 tsps. cumin and a dash of red pepper. I use garlic oregano basil diced tomatoes to add some extra seasoning. I will definitely continue to make this recipe.

Cucumbers And Egg Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2010
Delicious! I made this recipe several time this summer as we had a huge crop of cucumbers. I made a few minor modifications to this recipe: I added 6 Tbsps. Mayo instead of 4 Tbsps., 1 spring onion, 1 squirt lemon juice and 1/4 tsp. dill with lemon seasoning. I didn't have dill pickles so I added some sweet relish instead. I will definitely make this recipe again next summer.

My mom and I love this recipe. Awesome!! We grew our own cucumbers this year and had a huge crop so I made this recipe several times this summer. I made a few modifications of my own: I added one sweet onion, a spoonful or two of sweet relish and a few dashes of dill with lemon seasoning. I will definitely continue to make this recipe.

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2010
I absolutely love this recipe! I make this recipe at least a dozen times a year. It is one of my coworkers favorite potluck items that I bring. I am not one for sticking exactly to a recipe, but this recipe is so delicious the way it is I don't change anything. I highly recommend it!!

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2010
I love love this recipe! I made this recipe once for a potluck at work and now everytime we have a potluck they beg me to bring my cornbread. I am not one for following recipes exactly. I always modify them to my liking. However, this recipe is so good I don't change anything when I make it.

This recipe is great! I made a few modifications to the recipe: I used bowtie pasta instead of penne pasta, 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes instead of just 1 cup, 1 package Italian sausage links and 3 Tbsp. fresh pesto inaddition to the fresh basil chopped. I have had this salad both as a warm and a cold salad. Great with garlic toast. I will definitely make this again.

I added 1/4 cup parmesan cheese to the cheese mixture, I added 1 can diced garlic basil tomatoes to the spachetti sauce (45 oz. jar). I added 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning. I used 1.5 pounds of ground beef. I used 10 0z. ricotta cheese and 10 oz. cottage cheese. I used 2 teaspoons minced garlic instead of garlic salt.
