I made this recipe for a coworker whose husband was in the hospital. She loved it so I made it for my family and it was delicious. I made a few changes: I used 4 skinless/boneless chicken breasts cube, 1 tsp. mined garlic and 1 tsp. garlic powder, 4 tsps. chicken boullion and 1 (14oz.) can chicken broth, one can (14.5 oz.) peeled and diced tomatoes with green chilis, only 2 Tbsps. chili powder, deleted the whole peeled tomatoes, tomato soup and sour cream, used 1 (16 oz.) can chili beans undrained, added 1 (16 oz.) can black beans. I will definitely make this recipe again this winter.
