Spinach Tomato Tortellini
My family raved over this recipe saying it was "the best pasta they've ever eaten," also describing it as restaurant quality. I did saute my own tomatoes, onion, and garlic instead of using canned, and (feeling ambitious) made my own basil ricotta ravioli, but I'm sure the flavors of the sauce did not deviate much from the original recipe.
