Easy OREO Truffles

These recipes was time consuming and messy but well with it! I followed a numberof others' recommendation to refrigerate the cookie cballs before covering with chocolate, and using a fork to dip the truffles in the chocolate and both worked well. The truffles were beautiful and tasted great. I can't wait to try other cookies like Nutter Butters and Mint Oreos and other toppings like Nutella.

Mango Cardamom Bread Pudding

I made this recipe as it was written except the amount of cardamom. Since I only had cardamom seeds that I had to grind myself, I feared that it would be too strong, so I reduced it to 1 tsp. It was the perfect amount. I really love how the cardamom and mango tasted together. And it was relatively easier than I expected bread pudding to be. I will be making this again.

Turkey-Lentil Chili

My husband and I really enjoyed this dish. It was hearty enough without being overly heavy and the flavor was good, but not too strong. I made the recipe without any modifications and I would make it the same way again.

Asian Rainbow Trout

Great recipe. The flavors perfectly balanced the fish but were not overpowering. I also took the suggestion of using sesame oil over olive oil and it really complimented the other asian flavors well.

Italian Style Flounder

I used flounder that had been frozen, and I pressed out as much of the water as I possibly could. I also reduced the cooking time as others suggested and this stil come out mushy. The flavor was okay, but it was overshadowed by the mushiness of the fish.

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

I used minced onion and dried parsley instead of the fresh versions of both, and this still came out well. The burgers were juicy and perfectly flavored without being too salty. This will be my staple turkey burger recipe from now on.

Asian Lettuce Wraps

I also used regular ginger, I added a bit more chili sauce, and soy sauce to kick up the flavor a bit, and I reduced the hoisin sauce slightly (I am not sure by how much, I added it to taste. I really enjoyed these, as did my husband who normally can't stand onions.

Turkey Sausage n' Veggie Wrap

Nice light one-dish meal. My husband does not like onions and peppers so I replaced them with spinach. I lightly sauteed my onions and peppers in olive oil, since I don't particularly like them raw. I also used about half of the goat cheese than what the recipe suggested, but it was still enough to blend nicely with the other flavors.

Asian Salmon

This is one of the best preparations of salmon I have ever had. My husband, who is very picky, raved about it. I think it tasted even better the next day. I did not make the dill rice, but the salmon and sauce had enough flavor to compliment plain brown rice.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

I only had the 8 thin sliced chicken breasts too thin to butterfly so I spread the spinach mixture out and placed it in the middle of the chicken breast. Then I rolled the chicken breast and bacon around it and tied each breast with twine to hold it together. It came out perfect! This is a dish I would make for company.

Black Bean Spread

I omitted the green onions (I didn't have any) and the garlic was really strong. It was still good though. I will try again with the green onions and see if it changes the flavor.
