Cake Balls
Made this recipe for Valentines Day, I used red velvet cake, cream cheese frosting and white chocolate. Everyone loved them. I used a lot of the tips given by other reviewers. I used 2/3 of the frosting container and I after forming them into balls with a cookie scoop on a wax paper covered cookie sheet I put them in the freezer for about an hour. That really helped with the chocolate covering process. Definately worth a try...

Cindy's Jambalaya
Brought this to work for "Fat Tuesday". Everyone who tried really liked it. I added chicken in with the sausage at the beginning. Very versitile recipe.

Clone of a Cinnabon
Made these for Christmas morning, they were a huge hit. I used some of the tips from other reviews. I did not use a bread machine instead I kneaded the dough together turned the oven to 200 degrees and turned off to proof the dough and I also followed the tip to put the cinnamon rolls in a pan and in the fridge overnight to just bake the next morning. I put them in a cold oven turned to 350 for 20 minutes and they turned out great. Read the reviews there some great ideas in there.
