I didn't use milk- didn't need it- also bought Pumpkin Spice, instead of all the individual spices, was a lot cheaper- and includes all the spices it counts for. Added extra nutmeg, and poured a little over half of batter into baking cups and added Hershey's Pumpkin Spice Kisses (available at Target only I believe) and poured more batter over it. Also used a whole 15oz can of pumpkin. Came out perfect! Frosting is delicious, but really runny even after letting cupcakes cool to frost. Love them and will be making them again! My oven cooks hotter I think, but I baked 19 mins and came out perfect.
