Skillet-Grilled Catfish

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2012
i used this recipe when i found some frozen cod fillet's in the freezer. for being cheap fish, that was frozen, this turned out great. I cut the fish into strips, and didnt use a bag to shake them in, i used a bowl. i pressed them into the flour mix twice too. turned out great, wish i had done this with the better fish earlier this week.

Easy and quick. i made a bunch, experimented with different jelly's. the strawberry was my favorite, orange good, peach good. Dulce de leche = great (added after baked to plain ones)

Eggs Benedict

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2012
this is great to make the day after you make something that takes a lot of egg whites. the prep on this is a pain, sure. why not just eggs and ham and biscuits? but the work is worth it. after a few times making it, i make the hollandaise the night before, and reheat in the morning (easier since im sleepy). I also dont use english muffins, i use a recipe on here for "JP's Big Daddy biscuits". Fresh biscuits, fresh ham, the egg and hollandaise = best breakfast ever. its cheap, its filling, and its something your always in the mood for.

One of my favorite drinks. i try to use either plain tea, or green tea. add in the same amount of lemonade and sugar to taste.

Ooey-Gooey Cinnamon Buns

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2012
this is the recipe. ive tried about 4 others so far on this site and its clear this is the winner. they are huge, and sticky. i added some almonds as well to this recipe, and topped with a cream cheese + powdered sugar recipe i found on here.

Amish Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2012
Awesome cookies, i was skeptical when making it, the batter is super oily, but they plump a lot, and taste great, i cut the recipe in half also. Next time i might add some more sugar, perhaps on top as well. Easy and taste great!
