Waaay too much vinegar in the sauce, but meat tastes great - not Spring Garden Road at 2 am great - but good none the less. Will try again with less vinegar and more spice. The non-Haligonian who had these with me thought they were wicket so 4 stars.

Rich Cocoa Fudge

GREAT RECIPE!!!!!!!!!!!! This fudge is excellent! It came out perfect the first time I made it. I'll be sure to make this many times, everyone loved it. After the fudge cooled, I made a mint cream topping and it tasted even better. Well good luck and I hope you like this recipe as much as I do!

Cottage Cheese Roast

We are not vegetarians but I wanted to try this recipe out of curiosity...it was really good! I called it meatloaf and no one questioned it. My daughter, who would never eat cottage cheese had seconds. I used the extra corn flakes and only half the oil. Will make again, thanks.

Apple Snow

When I first read this recipe I thought - it's just apple sauce and since I'm not really a fan was about to move on when I realized it was fat free and I've been meaning to try substituting apple sauce in some recipies, so why not give it a try. Well, it was delicious and gone in one meal. I'm making it again today - to try in other things. I cut way back on the sugar as my apples(Cortlands) were fairly sweet.

Savory Turkey Gravy

Not as good as the real thing, but I ran out of gravy before the turkey was half gone and this recipe filled in just fine. Will use again if the need arises - and it always seems to.

Maple Roast Turkey and Gravy

I've made this twice and it is fabulous! The best gravy I've ever made and the turkey is very moist and delicious. Made some extra syrup and addd it to the stuffing-yummmm.

Classic Bran Muffins

My Mom makes fabulous bran muffins, but I tried her recipe twice and both times I bombed. So I used this recipe yesterday and they were perfect- Moist and delicious even tho I used egg substitute and soy milk. Am making them again already!
