This recipe is very good, but next time I'll use a little less curry. I like curry, but in this dish I think it was a bit much. That's the only reason I gave it a 3 star or I would have gave it a 4. I also added elbow pasta!

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

So I tried this recipe due to there having 1,500 reviews and 4 1/2 stars, but I was VERY disappointed.. What a waste of brussel sprouts. Please don't make the same mistake I did. I even added garlic because a lot of people said it was good to add garlic. I'll stick to boiling or steaming!

Hugh's Dry Rub

I have to 5 star this! Everyone loves this rub. I make a big container of it and use it on pork and chicken. I didn't exactly follow the amount of each ingredient and I left out cayenne pepper...only because I didn't have any. This stuff is Great!

Easy Beef Stroganoff

I made this recipe the other night, although I made it a little different and it came out GREAT! I don't like beef stroganoff at all, never have, but this was really really good! I used 1 med. onion, 1lb of ground beef. 2 tbsp of flour, 1/2 C sour cream, 1 1/2 C of beef broth and 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce along with all the other ingredients this recipe called for. The Worcestershire sauce gives it a really good flavor.

Brussels Sprouts with Mushrooms

I love this recipe and so does my entire family. Whenever we have a family gathering, they always want me to make this dish. I add a little more salt to the water when boiling, but that's just me. This recipe is great! For those of you who didn't "care" for it, well that's just your opinion :)
