Asparagus and Mushroom Quiche

Awesome recipe, making it again while typing this review. Really easy to make 2 because most of the quantities sold at the store (bundle of asparagus, 2 cup bag of cheese, 6 oz feta etc.) can be devided into two perfectly, and after you make it once, you will make it again.

Lobster Thermidor

This was a good base recipe. Used the boiling water from cooking tail (with some old bay). Started with butter/onions, added flour to make a roux, also added some roasted garlic, didnt really measure anything cause I made a smaller batch. Wish I made more, going to use the leftovers on some imitation crab, and add to pasta. This would make a great sauce for a lobster pasta too, I almost made it that way, wish I did. Would have stretched the meat and filled me up, just wanted more after I ate it. *Also, served with lemon on the side to taste instead of mixing it in, might save some headaches that way.

This was exactly what I was looking for. I don't know if I had a full 3 tablespoons of ginger. I also dialed back the soy just a little bit. Came out great.

The Best Meatballs You'll Ever Have

Came out great, ommitted red pepper due to others tastes, but I ended up eatting them all myself, will add it next time. Also did the bake method 375 for 20 min or so. Great by themselves no need for sauce.
