E-Z Drop Biscuits
I love this recipe! I sometimes adapt it: adding fresh rosemary when serving with lamb stew, sometimes adding cheese (just because I am a cheese addict!) I am going to try adding blueberries and lemon zest, then finishing off with a light sprinkle of fine sugar on top.

Confetti Scalloped Potatoes
This is a classic "potluck" comfort food. I have always made this dish by adding a medium container of sour cream and cutting the milk back to about 1/4 cup.

Special Occasion Stuffed Crown Pork Roast
this roast is way over cooked. The roast should be taken out at 145F, tented and let rest for at least 20 min. To take it out at 175F would be a shame.
