Carrots in Dill Butter

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2010
Awesome easy and quick side dish! Used unsalted butter and added green beans and corn in addition to the carrots. Also added a dash of garlic salt (season to your taste). Main A+ seasoning that made this dish was definitely the Dill.

Spiced Pot Roast

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2010
Best Pot Roast I have ever had. The ingredients blended so well specially in the crock pot (7 hrs on low). The chutney made the sauce nice and thick. I used 2 cups broth for my 1.5 to 2 lbs chuck roast (just like more sauce specially when it's yummy - perfect over steamed rice).

Japanese Beef Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2010
Perfect for weekdays. Prepare night before so all you have to do next day is cook it. A few things I did other than recipe called for: 1) Marinate Beef overnight in salt, pepper, minced ginger. 2) Cut up all veggies night before. Placed all veggies together in ziplock bag in fridge. 3) Mixed sauce night before and added red pepper flakes to add spice. I browned the beef with the ginger that I marinated with. It added that "japanese" flavor that I was looking for. Enjoy!

Ground Beef Wellington

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2010
Success! Can't believe how easy this was. The result looked fantastic and prefessional. Everyone loved it! I followed other's advice... added mozzarella cheese to the meat mixture and did the egg wash on the dough so it came out really nice and golden. I had left over meat...so I fried them like meat balls.

Slow Cooker London Broil

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2010
This is great and good dish to leave in crock pot while at work. Only down side for my experience was the my son forgot to turn it off when he came home... so it cooked for 12 hrs... a little burnt after taste. However everyone still loved it.

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2010
This was a hit! Came out restaurant quality pasta. Used what I had in pantry so substituted: Parmesan (Romano cheese), Half-Half Cream (Full Cream), EVOO (Butter+EVOO) Big plus= very easy and cooking/prep time is short. Perfect dinner after work.
