Light Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is my go-to chocolate chip cookie recipe and have had nothing but amazing feedback from those I make them for and now get requests for them.

While I was having some trouble with the consistency of the batter as I was trying to make the patties (the only reason this is not 5 stars), this was delicious. I keep Kosher and don't eat shellfish (which is the only thing I miss but not enough to break), so this was very happy to my tastebuds. My boyfriend gave his thumbs-up approval to make this again.

Extreme Chocolate Cake

I made this for my Dad's birthday two weeks ago, and he raved about it, calling it hands down the best chocolate cake he has ever had and that he and my step-mom were eating for days after.

Blueberry Pie

This was the first pie I have ever made, and while I had some mishaps with it from the oven to my car, I brought it to a family gathering today and everyone loved it! My Aunt who does not even really like Blueberry pie, said it was prize worthy. My crankiness from the mishaps went away quickly and all was well with the world :)
