About this Cook
I am a married mother of 3 who enjoys gardening, nature, wine tasting, cooking, and spending lots of time with family and friends.
My favorite things to cook
My all time favorite thing to cook would have to be my chicken parm. I have found a secret to making the BEST breaded chicken, so my family tells me.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Put tomatoes in mac and cheese, gives it a great added flavor.
My cooking triumphs
Canning pickles for the fair. My husband and I both canned pickles to be entered into the fair. I canned dill, and he canned bread and butter. Who would have thought we both would end up with 1st place ribbons in our categories.
My cooking tragedies
I can't bake.... No matter how hard I try, I just can't do it.

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken
Easy to make, and my husband liked his a lot. I on the other hand didn't care for it. I did use Dijon mustard like others suggested. It is a great weeknight dinner, as it doesn't take much to make. I may try it 1 more time, maybe use less of the sauce on my piece of chicken.

Slow Cooker Enchiladas
This was very easy to make. I thought it was good, but none of the other members in my family liked it. Maybe adding some re fried beans to the layer would have made a difference for them, but I will not be making it again since I was solo on this one.

Twist of Honey Orange Rolls
This are so good. I make them for dessert when I have company come over. They are the best right out of the oven. Use foil or parchment paper on the bottom of your pan for easy clean up.
