Four-Cheese Spinach Bake

Great quiche - especially when you bake it in a pie shell. I bought Marie Callender's deep dish pie crust and it worked out perfectly w/the recipe amount yielding 10 servings. I made it for a few friends a couple of weeks ago and they raved about it. Decided to add it to my Easter brunch this year. Can't wait for everyone in the family to try it. I'm going to pre-mix the ingredients and allow them to refrigerate overnight so there's less prep time in the morning. Hope this works out alright. Wish me luck. I'll post later and let you know how it worked out!!!

The Best Mashed Potatoes

This is almost exactly my recipe for mashed potatoes but I go one step further on the fat scale and use 1/2 cup half & half rather than all milk. These are truly the creamiest and best tasting mashed potatoes and you can alter the recipe by adding garlic or cheddar cheese - chives ... whatever your taste buds are calling for!!
