I live in Vermont land of ice and snow , I never learned to cook until I was in my 30's , I was scared of cooking , I am still a tad scared of it but I am now making and adding my own touches to cooking , One thing that makes cooking hard here is a lot of the things needed you can not find in Vermont to I have to find what is close to it here. onward and upward

Quick Gnocchi
we just got done making and eating this omg yes it was out of this world ! we made double so we could freeze some also .

Garlic Prime Rib
I used this for short ribs started them in the oven until brown then popped then into my slow cooker on low for 6 hours omg were they good , if this can make short ribs melt in your mouth the prime rib will be out of this world
