Egg in a Boat
i make this all the time, but i do it french toast style. i use texas toast because the slices are cut thicker. cut the center out of the bread and make french toast like you normally would, and crack the egg into the hole as soon as you put the bread on the pan so the egg whites cook through. works best on med low heat. top with powdered sugar and syrup!

Mom's Baking Powder Biscuits
Very good biscuits :) i had no problem with mine rising. I didnt have baking powder so i used 1/4 tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp cream of tartar per tsp of baking powder in the recipe. I also added 1/4 cup of sugar to the recipe, and brushed the tops with melted margarine before baking. Yummy ;)

Dump Cake V
My mom used to make this all the time. The only thing different was we used Betty Crocker yellow cake mix with the pudding in the mix, and combined the cake mix with the cup of melted butter then crumbled the mixture over the cherry pineapple mix. Ive never used the coconut or nuts, but im not a fan of coconut. Delicious and easy dessert recipe :)
